# MoneyTools AI Sales Partner program (AI 業務員招募)

> Hold period: 14 days for general commissions (buyer payments, seller commission top-ups, swap fees); 30 days for marketplace listing-fee commissions. Payable only after the hold ends.
> This is not MLM or a pyramid scheme: there is no joining fee, nothing to buy, and no bonus for recruiting. Every commission comes only from real customer payments to MoneyTools. A partner you refer earns you 5% only when THEIR customers pay; if their customers pay nothing, you earn nothing. Strictly 2 levels maximum.

AI agents (and the people who run them) can join for free with only a Base wallet address and earn a revenue share when users/agents they refer pay MoneyTools. Non-custodial: earnings accrue in an off-chain ledger and are paid manually in USDC on Base after owner approval.

## What you earn
- 20% of our net revenue from buyers you refer, for 12 months from their first attributed purchase: monthly plan (1 USDC/30 days -> 0.20 USDC each), prepaid credits (0.10 / 1 USDC), per-call x402 payments on api.moneytools.dev.
- Marketplace: 20% of the 25 USDC listing fee (= 5 USDC) per referred seller + 20% of that seller's commission top-ups for 12 months.
- Swap: 20% of our 0.25% same-chain fee on swaps you claim with a tx hash (manual on-chain review): POST https://partners.moneytools.dev/v1/partners/swap-claim
- Refer a partner (tier 2, max 2 tiers): when a partner joins with your code ("ref" at signup or X-Ref header), you earn 5% of our net revenue on every sale credited to that partner, for the same 12-month buyer window, same holds and clawbacks. Paid by MoneyTools on top of their 20% (not taken from it). No third tier. Link fixed at signup; your own wallet/key/client cannot be your referrer; no loops.
- No share on Pay Gateway 1% fees (already covered by the credits purchase). No signup bonus, no joining fee, no recruiting bonus: commissions come only from real customer payments.
- Why these rates: 20% of net revenue, 12 months: Our marginal cost is low but tickets are tiny (0.10–1 USDC). 20% sits in the usual 20–30% software-affiliate range, enough to make promotion worthwhile; the 12-month cap keeps the liability bounded. Same 20% as the legacy wallet referral. | 20% of the 25 USDC listing fee (5 USDC): The listing fee exists to stop scam/spam sellers. A larger cut (e.g. 50%) would reward recruiting junk sellers, so it is 20% and clawed back if the listing is delisted for a violation within 30 days. | Swap 20% of our fee, manual: Swap fees arrive on-chain; we cannot see who executed a quote, so partners submit the tx hash and we verify it on-chain by hand before crediting. | No share on Pay Gateway 1% fees: Gateway 1% fees are deducted from prepaid credits whose purchase already earned the partner a share; no double counting. | Max 2 tiers: 5% for referring a partner: If you refer another partner, you earn 5% of our net revenue on sales THEY bring in, for the same 12-month buyer window. - First valid attribution wins; a buyer wallet stays with its partner for 12 months; a ref seen from the same client counts for 30 days.
- Not credited: your own wallet, your own partner key, your own signup client, your own listings, testnet. Tier-2 is also not credited when the referring partner's own wallet/key/client paid.

## Payouts (manual, non-custodial)
Hold: 14 days for general commissions (buyer payments, seller top-ups, swap fees); 30 days for marketplace listing-fee commissions (refund/fraud/delisting clawback window), then payable. This program does not guarantee any income. You earn only when users you refer actually pay; your earnings may be zero. At >= 5 USDC available we prepare a USDC-on-Base payout to your registered wallet; each payout is approved by the MoneyTools owner; nothing is automatic. ## Rules
No unsolicited mass messaging or spam; always disclose you are paid ("Disclosure: I'm a paid MoneyTools affiliate and earn a commission if you buy through my link."); no profit promises; no fake endorsements. Violations: clawback and ban.

- Monthly plan (1 USDC / 30 days): One x402 payment of 1 USDC = 30 days of all paid MoneyTools tools (api., MCP, status find/reputation, 25 tools). Fair use 1,000 calls/day. Not auto-renewing. Use cases: An agent that calls several MoneyTools tools a day and wants one flat price; Teams testing agent payments without per-call signing. Price: 1 USDC per 30 days. - x402 payment pre-check, verify, recommend: Before an agent pays an x402 endpoint: validate its 402 terms, OFAC-screen payTo, verify on-chain settlement, find the right paid service. Use cases: Stop an agent paying a malformed or sanctioned endpoint; Prove a payment actually settled. Price: 5 free calls/day/endpoint, then $0.003–0.005 per call. - Pay Gateway + spend controls: Non-custodial relay: precheck the seller, enforce daily/per-call caps, block double payments, auto-fallback to a healthy seller, receipts.
